Great place to go for a slice and a soda when you're in a rush. Not sure where the complaints about rudeness or customer service come from. There's no table service, you just wait in line and point to the pizza slice you want. Maybe they had a bad experience on the phone when ordering delivery; the place is very busy, especially on weekend nights, and they can be abrupt if you hem and haw and can't make up your mind.
But the pizza is good. They offer a wide variety, including interesting mixes with things like buffalo chicken, pineapple, all-veggie, all-meat, or order a custom pie if you don't mind waiting. They also offer a small selection of things other than pizza (anti-pasta and some entrees) but we've just stuck with the pizza.
