Plaza 46 Diner

Ate there tonight. It was awful. Waiter never delivered our waters, we asked twice. I asked for an ice tea twice. We asked for chamomile tea, we got black tea. He then told us after we told him it wasn't the tea we wanted that they don't have chamomile. He didn't bring the salsa, guacamole or sour cream with our quesadilla. I asked for no black olives in my salad, I got black olives. We asked for the dressing on the side, that didn't happen. It was just awful. And now I have awful stomach pains!! Literally everything went wrong.

Good food and service

Recently went there at around 8 PM. I found the service to be excellent. The waiter was very polite and so kind. The food tasted good enough (I had cheese quesadillas). Overall a good experience and I hope to return soon.

came home from a long day of work and decided to order... we usually like to go in but my boyfriend and I were just too tired so we decided to call for delivery at 8:32 pm.

9:30 comes around still no food.. I call and Tara picks up stating they are backed up and the delivery guy should be there soon. Things happen so i understood. I called back at 9:45 asked for the Manager he said he should be there any second.. once again the run around.

10 pm rolls around I'm hungry my boyfriend is hungry and both my children, I call and ask for a refund and the bell rings. I sent the delivery guy away and asked for confirmation of my refund,. they couldn't give it to me. I've never been so disappointed with this place before but this experience of the run around turned me off...

The place is tremendously clean ! ! well air conditioned plenty of parking the food is outstanding they are noted for the chicken frenchess over rice I have had it in new york city at 50 dollars a plate and it the plaza 46 for 15 dollars with refills on your drink free you can't go wrong all their waiters and waitresses are polite yes they laugh they have a good time it is a lively atmosphere with 3 sport televisions easy to view comfortable seats clean tables a clean bathfoom air conditioned ! I give it 5 stars ! ! ! ! ! Nowhere on earth has free refills on iced coffee nowhere large iced coffee cream sugar at the table and free refills go try and get that at Dunkin Donuts
