Great company! Best coordinators in the business. You can always reach someone on the phone.
I especially liked a coordinator by the name of Claribel Collado.She was always so helping with everything.
Anyway, great company all around.

Best agency in New York City by far. Excellent staff excellent aides.
I tried many agencies before finding them and nobody comes close to their level of service. You don't need to believe me try them out for yourself and you will see the difference.

Do not use this agency. This has been an absolute nightmare for my family. Unfortunately I cannot go into detail but protect your loved ones b/c this agency will not!!!!!!!!! The supervisor does not take serious matters seriously and has zero sympathy and zero resolution.
Had to give it one star to publish.
