TOTALLY SCREWED!! I was over charged for bad tires YES bad tires went back in when the tire BLEW he first accused me of driving with tire pressure low when i argued that point he then said OH WAIT you hit something we argued again after the tire was replaced he then told me THE TIRE WAS BAD BUT YET STILL CHARGED ME FULL, then a 7 months after having brakes done my brakes already need to be replaced was told by another mechanic CHEAP MATERIALS WERE USED!

I wouldn't have even give a star at all!

I was turned away three times for a oil change. Not once did they try to schedule my car. I was turned away twice at the location when I'm coming from another city. First, I was told to leave my car and come back later on, (who leaves their car for an oil change), second, I was told to come back in an hour and half and maybe they could get to me. Then I tried to call and still couldn't get an appointment. Was told they were too busy.The desk clerk is rude and egotistical. I'm threw...

They seem friendly enough and have a new, modern facility, but I got a feeling that the place didn't really care about their customers. First note: I asked them to be careful about my painted rims and the managers response was "we do Lamborginis, we are pros". Kind of thought it was weird that he didn't acknowledge my concern and more just ignored it while being very egotistical.

Also, check your prices and call ahead. They quoted me 3 different prices every time I called. They also refuse to do anything same date, especially past noon. Don't want to work too hard!

You better ask for prices before you get something done. I was in there for an oil change and tire rotation, which came to about $30. Did it fairly quickly, no problems. I then take another car there 3 weeks later and same service is $50! Paid it without paying attention and then see the bill when I got home and realized they charged me $5 per tire to rotate them. $20 to rotate a set of tires after an oil change is B.S. Never going there again, thats for sure. Half a mile away on Goffle Rd they do an oil change and rotation for $25. I'm the fool for not going there.

I had a number of repairs and maintenance items taken care of on my first visit. I've never been happy with the name brand shops in Wyckoff. Platinum actually asked what brand struts I wanted rather than the more common Hooson's choice. There were several things they checked that I was prepared to replace, but they didn't milk the job. I'll go back. I'll update this review if my experience changes, but I consider this to be a good, honest place. The price of the work was in line with my expectations, reasonable for good work.
