A pleasure to deal with. Jeannie was patient with myself and all the questions I had. The services was beyond what I was expecting. The turn around time was amazing. I would recommend you to anyone that asks and will be using your company from now on.

Jeannie took the time to explain to me step by step and everything that was needed to have a smooth transaction and not have anything being delayed. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in dealing with the company.

As a used car dealer in NJ, I wasn't too familiar with NY DMV paperwork. Stacy and the staff at Plateman were more than willing to help me out in a pinch and get the work done for me ASAP. They went above and beyond, but at the same time with the most pleasant of attitudes. Thank you and you will be recommended to everybody I know who could use your services.
