BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
Recently ordered custom shades for my sun room. I should've gone with my gut and never have given this poor excuse for a company my hard earned money! It started with a call to inquire about their products. I left a message and it took close to 2 1/2 days for the owner, Jim, to call back. He scheduled an appointment with me to discuss what I was looking for and promised he could quickly deliver on getting special custom shades I ordered. There was something "off" about him. He came off like nothing but a "yes" man. Again, I should've known better. He acted and even looked more like a used car salesman. Showed up like he just rolled out of bed. Stunk like cigarettes and looked like he hadn't brushed his teeth in years. So..why did I place an order with this "shlub" you ask? Because the price was right. I guess the saying is correct.."you get what you pay for!" The guy dodged my phone calls for months while I grew increasingly more an more upset by his utter lack of professionalism. I finally heard back from him mid April and said the blinds finally arrived. Well..wouldn't you know it..not only was it not what I ordered..but whatever it was...it was damaged!!! I am beyond furious at this point! I asked for my deposit back ($500!) and he wouldn't return my money claiming that he PROMISES to make the situation right. I told him I was done! Still refused my money back. Now I'm filing a claim with Better Business. This guy is totally shady, and my only hope is that NOONE gets taken for the same kind of ride as I did! Total A-hole! I hope this guy Jim Ivers goes out off business permanently!!!!!
