So today I went with my girlfriend to Planet Wings. It was my first time eating there. I had heard good things so I was expecting a good experience. First of all the service was terrible. After we received our food my wings where under cooked and had blood in them. Them we found a blond hair in our fries. I am not one to make a scene so I waited till the other customers left and brought the hair to the manager. His response was ill give you some more fries. I was utterly disgusted at the fact i found a nasty hair in my food and was expecting a refund but was not given one. I will never go to this restaurant again and will never recommend it.

I've had about 10 of the 24 sauces for the wings, all were delicious. The burritos are good, cheesesteaks are also delicious. Delivery is usually pretty fast. Prices are decent for the amount of food you get. I like the individuals with the "hardware" in their face!
