I just called planet wings and tried to place my order and was on hold for 8 minutes and while holding I was entertained by the workers by listening to their conversation about a girl getting knocked out and still didn't get the order so I hung up and called back and when I tried to explain what happened the young lady that picked up the phone was very disrespectful so on that note I would never order from them again and if I can give zero stars that's what I would give them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never have a problem with my food. Its always clean when Im there. And the employees are all very nice.

I never have any problems, Most of the time I go in to the store and the food is awesome. I just ordered for the first time and honestly I wished It didn't take 45 minutes but thats expected. Thumbs up from me

Awful. I'm a few blocks away and these knuckle heads took close to an hour and a half to bring me the sketchiest bag of tiny cold wings. The driver was a dunce. Even if I microwaved the food... it's virtually impossible to screw wings and buffalo sauce up. Any half decent strip club serves them. You're paying for convenience and warm food. Didn't get either. Why does everything in the Bronx have to suck so much? It's like a prerequisite to working in this borough. Ineptitude and idiocy runs rampant here.
