I absolutely hate this place! I wish I could give it negative stars!
When my boyfriend and I first got there we met Jose, which was very nice at first. We had a test drive and then came back to go over possible numbers. He told me that we would definitely be able to stay in my price range (I was financing). The first thing that went wrong, is that they never mentioned the 1,995 down until the morning of the day that I was going to pick up the car. He had me sign the contract without even mentioning the 1,995, he filled in the price of the vehicle in pen (29,***K), and of course I looked over the 1,995 that was already integrating into the contract (which was my fault for being too trusting). After I signed and left, he filled in the final price that was 31,***K. I also left a 500 deposit to hold the car until friday (2 days).
After taking a 2 1/2 hour drive to Long Island from NJ, I was bitched at for being late, and then the finance manager was EXTREMELY RUDE! He was absolutely AWFUL and should be FIRED! He told my boyfriend in front of my father and his mother, to "Stop acting smart", just because my boyfriend called them out on their bullshit. & The price I wanted to stay close to,....was increased by an extra 150, a MONTH! This is a horrible place! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
And they also charged my card 3 times, 500 each time, totaling 1,500. THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! I only authorized the 1 transaction of 500 to hold the car, which they still have no refunded me.
Please Please Please, save yourself the headache. These people are scumbags, and DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!
P.S. Don't be fooled, most of the "good" reviews are fabricated, its pathetic.

I just purchased a 2014 Infiniti from this dealership. Before I left the lot I notice the car only had one key, a scratch on the bumper and one of the fogs light were out. I was told the key would be ordered, to bring the car back my next day off and the bumper and light would be fixed. When I went to drop off the car the first time and came back for it nothing was done. I was told to bring it back my following days off. When I bought it back that time they only fixed the bumper after having my car for 3 days. The light wasn't fixed, key still not ordered and the car was suppose to get detailed and wasn't. They sent me to the dealer to get the light fixed because the car still is under warranty. When the dealer checks out the car they tell me that the warranty is voided due to what ever was done to the bumper cause damage to the light and also that I need new tires and that the dealer should have never sold the car with the front two tires due to them having no traction at all and I need to report them to the dmv. I than proceed to ask about my key because the crooks told me that the reason they couldn't order my key is because they need my registration number. Infiniti dealership said that's false and they can make me a key right now. I call my sales man back to tell him about my ordeal and he has been avoiding ever since. I haven't had the car for a month yet. I plan on reporting the dealership to the dmv and contacting my lawyers and taking legal action. Please people don't do business with this people. All about trickery and run around. My sales guy was Marvin. Never again!!

Recently looked at an Audi A5 that this dealer had listed online. This is the second time I've been in to look at this same car. He online price is listed at 21k + 1995 down finance or cash. When I got to the dealer the first time the cash price was suddenly almost 26k. When I questioned this, they give you a song and dance about it being a bank owned car and some other bs. After some haggling and basically telling the rep I'm not an idiot, why would I basically be paying the interest on the cash price he came back with same price as the finance price.. Fast forward 3 weeks later, I get another sales rep and they try to run the same price game when I tell them to come back with the best cash price they can offer, he comes back with the original price of 26k. What dealer doesn't negotiate a price of a car. Who in there right mind pays sticker price? Especially when you are trying to screw the customer into financing thru your dealership. Good luck to whomever gets fleeced by these guys. The whole operation is shady. I'll never step foot in here again. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere.

At the end of the day I was happy with my purchase (2011 honda civic) but I just cannot stop feeling like I got riped off.The car runs great had it for 2 years.recently traded it in but went to honda of maspeth and if they riped me off I will never know; I felt so comfortable buying my suv from them; I dont know if its because they threw in so much stuff with the deal or they are really good at selling cars. Also planet Mitsubishi service department seem a little off to.I know I got riped off when I went there for my 60,000 mile check up; there is no doubt about that.Beware of those guys.
