Good gym and not just because its cheap. There are always people picking up the paper towels other ppl leave thrown on the floor and they're constantly cleaning. From what Ive noticed anyway. Only thing I dont like are the way over priced beverages for not being a black card member. Thats plain stupid.

Not bad for the price and most of the staff is really friendly. However they dont live up to their reputation of no lunks. Saw a muscle bound guy with veins poping out today. Tons of people walking around with jugs of water.

Some other bad things about this place is that half of the lockers have broken or missing doors. Sometimes it is really hard to find a locker because of that. Locker room is always dirty and one toilet has been out of swrvice for a month now. There seems to be mo upkeep or maintenance done in this place.

Best workout times are: 9pm-9am, barely anybody there except the hardcore gymrats, but they keep to themselves and don't bother anyone, so they won't judge, but they are extremely friendly if they see you struggling they tend to come help you. Gym is good for a fair price, more cardio machines than anything. As a starter gym its deffinitly great. Since I started comeing here I've lost a significant amount of weight, been here for over a year and a half now, staff is friendly...sometimes. Its pretty clean, always doing maintenance it feels like. Don't even bother comeing during peak hours... seriously.. to many people crowd up waiting for machines that you end up sweating even before your workout. A very select few are knowledgeable on working out and even less on proper nutrition. It's definitely a good place to go for a beginner who doesn't want to interact with anybody and is a self teacher, or has friends to show them the ropes.

gym is good but not enough space for self-exercise with ball or on mat.
there is one room where you can use mats but ab machines and stretching machines are in there as well and it makes small room even smaller.
also scale is needed in the locker room.

Very unprofesional manager i will post his name , two things you shold know about this gym there is a cancelation fee something they don't tell you from the begining and when you cancel they will not allow you to work out a full month you have to cancel 7 days prior to your next payment and that will be the last day you can step into the gym in other words the last month you decide to cancel you can only work out 3 weeks not a full month never heard of such rule
