Ample parking.
"Madison Security" patrols the parking lot as well and not only watches the vehicles but they helped me when I was locked out of my car once.
Clean gym, regular people go at the same time so you get to know them, good to go solo or with a friend.

Today 1/17/2015, about 10:15am, My family and I visit this gym to have our usual family fitness routine. Upon entering my wife swiped her black membership card and I swiped mine. Our sixteen year old daughter was our "guest" to the gym. A young customer service representative (CSR) asked "who is she" referring to our daughter. My wife replied she is our daughter and our guest. The CSR asked for and ID my wife explained, this is the first time we were asked for ID but we can vouged for her. The CSR insist on an ID. My wife asked to speak to the manager. A man about 5' 5" with beard and bald head seemingly hispanic, who was standing behind the counter started screaming on the top of his voice "no one without ID will come into this gym not ever look look the sign right there."
I tried to talk to this man who continued in a rude and embarssing manner at the top of his voice shouting at my family and I as if we were criminals. He refused to listen to anything we tried to say. No one should be subjected to such rude demeaning and embarrassing behavior. The guilt free no judgement moto is doing fine for the brand but the lack of customer service will damage the image of the company and will loose to the compitition. Customer service needs much to be desired, no one wants to be treated like crap. To add insult to injury I stood at that counter and saw members with white membership took their guest in and they were allowed to enter with no ID; only with card member saying "he is my friend." Talk about double standard.
