The worst gym,,,too many teens hanging out,not enough work out equipment,and you would have to wait a while for a machine

Nice staff, (they even remember my number) Clean, affordable, lots of machines, but the only thing i dislike is the free-weight that only goes up to 60lb. They should At least boost it up to 75lb.
Nice place for beginners to start lifting and staying in shape, after a while you might want to transfer to another gym if you're looking to get big.

Joined last summer at the Harlem location "TERRIBLE". IT STUNK & no A/C. But this location on 3rd ave in the BX is Great. Cold water foutain, disinfectant spray, clean bathrooms & PLENTY of machines and A/C. This is the first day of a New ME.
