This place is totally looking to rip you off. They are the typical stealership. Everyone there wears cheap jewelry, the customer service is poor, and all the salesmen lie to you. They will ask you to put a deposit down, then they will ask you for your downpayment. Once you negotiate a purchase price for a vehicle, the 'finance manager' who claims he does not work for Planet Auto Mall will inform you that there is a $2000 dealer fee for financing and approximately $3000 fee for 'gap insurance'. There is no way to get around this 'gap insurance' regardless of how much money you put down. Also, they wont sell you a car at the advertised prices unless THEY do the financing. Additionally, if you try to walk at this point, they will inform you that you will be charged 10% of the vehicles purchase price.

FYI: I called my insurance company and auto finance company. They said that gap insurance is almost never needed, and usually not required. The only reason that most dealerships will sell/require it, is because they take a huge cut out of the 'insurance'.
