We had a ballas out recently, I called another electrician first, the woman who answered their phone was rude, took my info but no one called me back. I called PJM, spoke with Janet who was lovely and helpful and Pat called shortly after to schedule with me. He was here when he said he would be, he fixed our problem, explaining things along the way and we were illuminated once again. I have already passed their contact info to homeowners in the area. They were both wonderful and understand the concept of great customer service.
