PJ's is by far the best wine store I have ever bought from. They do wonderful research, and offer great prices. Their wine staff is extremely experienced and they are active in travel, tastings and very up on the latest wines and the classics. Thanks to Evan for his help tonight in sorting out my case at discount for this year!

I dabble in spirit tastings and this place has some of the best selections under one roof. They have a huge variety of everything under the sun. If you don't see something you're looking for, ask. They might surprise you.

Deadbeats! Placed on online order through the Vivino app. I received an initial order confirmation, then nothing for over a month. Sent two follow up emails with no response. I finally called and was told my order was cancelled. According to the lady in the shipping department I foolishly sent my follow up emails the to the customer service email address listed on my order confirmation. Had I magically known the email address to the shipping department I would have received a response. Typical New Yorker... it is my fault I received poor service.

So impressed with their selection!! Short of hopping a plane to Spain, I was able to find a "much sought after" bottle of Basque wine for my 94 year old Great Aunt! She will indeed have a Merry Christmas!! LOL I am a customer for life!! TY!!

Great selection at great prices at this aircraft hanger of a liquor store! But after several visits, and as confirmed by several of these reviews, whether you get a gracious and knowledgeable response to a question or else a slightly panicked blank stare seems to be is more a function of random chance and fortuitous/unfortuitous timing than of good management!
But what does seem to be reasonably consistent, almost to the point of being amusing, are the surly cashiers that tend to act like you're some inconsiderate pest that's ruining a perfectly good jabber with their friend rather than providing the all-important cash flow that helps to support their salaries!
But as long as you don't take that personally and let it bother you, then I think that your visit will, on balance, be a positive one.
