Pizza Hut

It's hit or miss here. Half the time, the pizza tastes good and half the time, it tastes horrible and dry. Orders are rarely ready when they say they'll be ready and the store manager is rude and lies. The last time I was there, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there 25 minutes after ordering and the manager said "it'll be done in a minute." It wasn't done until another 15 minutes later. The whole time, he kept telling me it'll be done in a minute. He blatantly lied to my face. There's no way a MANAGER wouldn't know how much longer it will be until a pie is ready. He lied repeatedly. Horrible customer service.

Horrible service, waited an hour and a half for my food. Gave me the wrong order. The lady had an attitude and was rude!!

Horrible service. Pizza comes cold as hell. Takes them 3 hours to deliver. Complete waste of time and money

Call and you'll immediately placed on hold for 3 to 6 minutes. Never fails. There's always an issue, doesn't matter if its delivery or pick-up.

Delivery = hour or more wait and food is cold. This is insane considering I'm down the street. (5 minutes away) Its seems they wait to have multiple orders before the delivery guy even bothers to bring your order and 9 out of 10 times something is missing or wrong. Usually its missing the buttery garlic on the crust. And what's with the $3.50 delivery fee? Seriously?!

Pick-up = Rude and very lackadaisical attitude. Apparently them finishing their conversation in the back is more important than attending customers. I live very close, so when I don't opt for delivery this is usually what I deal with.

Now I order from Saddle Brook location. Better service and food.

It's stupid that I have to wait this long I mean, it takes a half hour for delivery, and they want me to pay the delivery fee? YEAH RIGHT! I'm not paying extra for a pizza that took too long, that it is colder than ice. I have had better.
