Pizza Hut

I placed my order online and the delivery time was incorrect. I waited more than an hour for my order and called several times and no one answered my phone calls. The customer service is terrible. I will not order from this place again.

Very bad service I call 20 times with in 25 min never pick up the phone they suck

Poorly administered, pizza is good but they need reliable hours and personnel. Order online and the timing giving when ready is not correct. Pizza Hut stores should not get this type of reviews as they deliver the best pizza made.

I ordered buf wings bread stx waffle fr they were old and over cooked we couldnt eat them my money went to garbage horrible place to get pizza

HORRIBLE. I JUST CALLED PIZZA HUT TO GET A PRICE. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE. SHE WAS'T ABLE TO TELL ME THE PRICE OF A MEDIUM PIE W/SAUSAGE AND THEN SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR TEN MINUTES.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WITH SO MANY PEOPLE BEING UNEMPLOYED WHY DON'T PIZZA HUT OFFER INCENTIVES FOR PEOPLE TO WANT TO WORK FOR THEM. THEY HAVE A CHANGE IN STAFF QUITE OFTEN WHERE I PATRONIZE. ALSO, THE QUALITY OF THE PIZZA HAS GONE DOWN FROM WHEN I FIRST STARTED EATING PIZZA HUT IN THE 90's

CEO NEEDS TO GO ON UNDERCOVER BOSS TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE TO MAKE THIS COMPANY BETTER.
