Pizza Hut

If I could give this review no stars I would but unfortunately I can't so let's get to it i ordered a large pie from this particular location and the pizza was extremely over cooked and burnt (problem 1) and might I add that I called in ahead of time for this order and I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes but yet I waited 30 minutes (I guess it takes time to burn pizza but this story gets better so I called the store to complain to the manager and once the manger was on the phone she hung up on me so I called back and she didn't answer the first couple of times so I called again and the Manager picks up again she hears its me on the phone then she hangs up again....oh really well im not to far from the stores anyway so I promptly pull into the parking lot I ask the two young woman at the register where is the manger because I was just hung up on they both look at each other wide eyed and without a word she gets the manager so the manager comes out and I immediately address the situation with the phone and she plays stupid like she doesn't know what I'm talking about then she proceeds to tell me with a attitude that If I have a complaint I need to go on the website im shocked and disgusted at this point and I tell her I'm going to need her name so she takes off her name tags looks me in my face and tells me she doesn't have a name and walks away! ... That's how U treat your customers ??? Seriously so I called corporate and I will be making a bunch of other phone calls about this situation because that is completely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior for a individual who's a manager or anyone working in customer service

Just came from there. Poor service. Ordered online one pizza was wrong and overcooked the other one not bad. Wings were cold as well. Came in for a pick up a family ahead of me was ordering then left when they placed their order i was the only other person on line. 4 people were working there. They completely ignored more did not greet me or speak in english in front of me. Finally after I got tired of waiting (I was the only there and I could see pick up orders waiting) because they were obviously ignoring me I had to raise my voice and say i was here for pick up. Service is just bad the restaurant was empty but two of the tables weren't even cleaned up. I've lived in this neighborhood for 20 years this place has really gone down. I really wish they would listen to these comments and just train the employees better or hire better people. My grandfather worked for a pizza hut in another neighborhood for 10 years and we use to go there a lot when I was a kid. The place was clean, friendly and had excellent service. I just don't know what happened here. I agree with all the other reviews here they really need to pay more attention to their service at this place. Please pizza hut do something about this you are losing customers.

Excellent experience with the kids. Sure, dine-in experience was a tad bit long, but keep in mind it takes about 15-20 minutes to make a pizza. We usually take this for granted when we're picking up to-go or relying on delivery. The pizza arrived at our table fresh and we all enjoyed. Service was excellent also. Well worth the wait and will definitely return. Think we must adjust our expectations when we are dining in for pizza. At the other chains, we typically call ahead so the wait is marginal - important to keep in mind. My only knock would be the decor. It's a bit dated, but the facilities, including the bathrooms, were clean.

They concentrate on the to go orders. Should just close the dine in part... Table next to us have been waiting for food for hour and half! Only 4 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. Used to come here years ago when you couldn't get a table to sit

I really wanted to write something nice about this pizzahut - I've been going here for 20+ years with my family and i try to stay away because there is always a problem with the take out lately. CHECK YOUR PIES before you leave!
