They told my wife 20 min for our order, it took 40 before it was ready, we live 10 blocks from the pizzahut. She waited in the store because the order wasn't ready, when she got home the breads ticks were ice cold, and the pizza was cold. The chicken wings were also not the right order

This place is a joke. The service is terrible. The employees are more concerned with what plans they have for after work. The app said the pizza will be ready in 20 min which makes the pick up time 8:04pm. We arrived at 8:10pm and were still waiting by 8:30. This place really took away the desire of eating pizza hut. Wouldn't recommend coming here. Go to Gabys pizza instead

I was asked if I wanted leg and thigh. I said yes and then proceeds to give me 2 thighs. Sucked her teeth when I asked for ketchup. Why step up your game when you have a steady flow of tourists coming daily? Never again. Chicken was mushy, and biscuit was mushy. All the food had the same consistency.

I'm not sure if this is a reflection of all pizza hut outlets but this particular location isn't the best. I'm not gonna rant about the rude employees or the slow system. The pizza is what I was there for and it was terrible. I ordered a large which looked like a medium. The only thing that made it big was how thick the pizza was. It was heavy and i felt like i was eating dough all night. And it's not like it had enough grilled chicken or pineapple to compensate for it. It felt like i was eating a 7/11 pizza. I can't say i recommend this location. Might even go as far as not recommending pizza hut. Go get a salad instead!
