Pizza Hut

Ordered the brownie and it was disgusting. The bottom completely soggy. Called 15 minutes saying I'd pick it up, I get there only to find out it would be another 10 minutes for it to be ready. They probably just turned the oven on high to crisp the top and gave it to me. After trying to bring it to life at home it ended up going to the trash. Garbage

The review that are negative here are pretty old. The service here is fantastic and food quality is great!

The staff are always nice. The delivery men are always nice and polite.... And the pizza ALWAYS fresh and delicious.

Idk why people are so butt hurt. This place is delicious and its shared with kfc so even better. Order a pizza with some drumsticks :)

What a terrible staff!
Starving and excited to try yet another of pizza hut's new recipes, I ordered a delivery and it estimated 45 minutes to deliver.
When that time passed I waited another 15 minutes before calling the store to politely find out where is my order.
The man who picked up, barked at me with completely no enthusiasm (not even negative one) and said all deliveries just went out and I should get my pizza shortly.
WHICH is strange he was leaving just now to deliver a pizza 15 minutes ago unless he uses a Time Machine, in which case I would understand!
After another 30 minutes I called again and this time, the girl who picked up asked me for my phone number to verify the order and told me I have to wait another 15 minutes because the guy's car "broke down".

IT takes 7 minutes to drive from their pizza place to mine.
7 minutes.
