Pizza Hut

This is the worst Pizza Hut that I've ever been to. I ordered my food and had to wait over an hour for 2 pizzas and some wings. They never have to worry about me ever coming back to this location

This Pizza Hut is the worst! We placed an order and had to wait over 2 hours to receive it. We ordered at 9:10 and we got our food at 11:34. We kept trying to call the restaurant to check the status, and the phone was busy for over an hour. When my girlfriend finally got through, she was told that the order already left with the driver. The person who answered said that they were very busy and backed up with orders, so to make it up to us, they would give us a free soda. I found that strange considering the driver had supposedly already left. When we finally got the food, it was ICE COLD! We had to reheat it in the oven. I will NEVER order from this place again. They have no idea how to run a business properly.

The service was very bad. They got my order wrong. The driver did not have all of my order. I had to call twice cause they took my money and I didn't receive all my order. Thank you very much pizza hut. You just lost a customer! The pizza was cold and the breadsticks was very hard.

Obviously I hated my service and obviously the owner does not read these reviews or does not care about the business. I ordered online at 6:30 and did not receive my food until 9pm. Every time I called I was lied to when they said they spoke to the driver and would be here in 10 minutes (this happened for about an hour). When you call the phone is busy. Marco, the manager, had no idea how long my order was going to take to be delivered. Then they messed up the order and of course, my food was cold. They don't give refunds or try to compensate customers when they have failed. I will never order from here again. I'll order from Dominos or Papa Johns. They should just close down and save themselves the shame from being laid off when the site goes under from bad managing.

That was the worse pizza huts ever i dont recommended to no one i had to way a hour and ten minutes for my order then the person that was infront taking the orders was mad slow then she was dealing with the pizzas with no gloves and nothing in her hair to cover her hair evertime the phone used to ring she pick up the phone then go to the back to deal with the pizzas then in top of that she had people from outside go to the back to have a conversation when the place is full of people very very unprofessional i would never visit that pizza hut again
