Horrible service. Food was gross,order penne al vodka and it was water flavoured with black pepper and under cooked pasta. Forgot my soda and had to wait 15 minutes for my forgotten item when they're less then a mile a way, gave me a knife with no fork,when I was in a hotel room also, forgot my extra bread.
Place is horrible. So disappointed. Chef should be fired ! disgusting.

Quality at an all time low. I never had a worse pizza slice in NY than I did yesterday. Hardly any sauce, the crust was stale, it looked like they reheated a whole pie. Who doesn't make fresh pies? The cheese isn't supposed to be orange on a fresh pie. They have been slipping for a long time with prices going up and quality going down. Been going there for years but I won't go back.

Great place! The portions and prices are generous. They may come off as rushed but for good reason - the place is so popular that they have to get the line moving pretty quickly. They do it very well, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Have ordered many of times Via GH. Food is always amazing. Servings are properly large.
