Pitstop is a freaking joke the mechanics don't know what they're doing if you smart n care about ur car plz don't go there

This place is horrible I went there to get work done on my engine because my car was shaking the convinced me it was engine mounts I paid money for my car to stop shaking and once i paid for the job and the shaking did not stop (it actually got worst) then they said it was my exhaust system. These people are very unprofessional. It was a really bad customer experience, and to top it off they did not offer any solution to the problem. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT

I've been going to PITSTOP for approx. 5 years. At first, the experience wasn't the best because I went in for a State Emission Test and was told I needed major repairs prior to getting the PASS sticker and ended up spending approx. $250 for the repairs. However, I continued to go to the place because it was close to my house and met Rudy. That meeting was the turnaround of my experience. Rudy is knowledgeable about all types of cars, the service is done in a relatively short time for those of us for whom time is important, the price is reasonable in comparison with other centers. Most important of all, Rudy is a great asset to this establishment because of his honesty and no-nonsense personality. I didn't give PITSTOP a 5* rating because of my first encounter. Otherwise, I plan to continue using this service for as long as Rudy is at PITSTOP.

I love pit stop. I have been going to this place for 8 years and love the great work and friendly environment. The work done on my car has always been the best and never had any problems. The family there I fell in love with. Great people. Great place.

I went there with Groupon Coupon, but did not get the advantage of that. They charged full prize, in fact higher that the prize i use to pay in other shops. Bad service
