Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company. I've been using their services for over two years and recently I've noticing lack of coordination and communication between the company and the bus driver. I've trying to reach out PTC and nobody answers the phone. My child bus driver hasn't shown for the last two days and I've ended up taking cabs so my daughter could be on time in her school. Money ($48.00 in taxi rides), frustration and time consuming are just some of the consequences that I've been getting from PTC. At this point, I don't know what else to do to solve this inconvenience that my family is experiencing.
