I had a wonderful experience with the people at pioneer building supply Co. I had a bad experience with a local vendor and I took a chance and went to Pioneer hoping to have a positive experience at Pioneer. I was purchasing stone for my indoor fireplace and was overwhelmed with the many choices of stone to choose from. Not only did they help correct the issues with the prior vendor but they helped facilitate the entire order to my satisfaction. I dealt with Mike and he was professional, understanding, knowledgeable and so helpful that I wish I had gone to him first. Mike and all the people who worked there were very professional and aim to try and please their clients. I am in the sales profession and I take pride on giving my own clients great customer service. I was happy to see that Mike and the rest of the crew gave exceptional customer service which is nice to see in that type of industry. I will be sending all my clients to Pioneer and Mike for their stone and building supplies from now on. True professionals!

A lot of companies that we work with locally usually have something off negative but I can say that this is a very clean cut and professional service.

The Service rep who handled my needs was very polite and well mannered. This is a huge plus considering how many rude folks there are in this business that I've come across.

They were a bit late to the location, but it's fine considering they got there within the hour of appointment.

We ran into a situation of liability but that was quickly resolved.

Overall. I have nothing bad to say. The price is fair, the service was quick, and it was very professional.
