Horrible customer service. I had a bridesmaids dress altered there and when I picked it up, it had a stain down the front of it that was not there previously. When I asked the owner about it, he said “it’s IMPOSSIBLE for it to have been our fault, it’s not like we’re eating pizza while sewing your dress”. My response – “It is POSSIBLE to get stained as its being handled for alternations”. When I asked if they had a way to treat stains on the bridal gowns they sell, he continued to repeat “I’m not taking responsibility for that”. Let’s hope they take their bridal gowns more seriously than their bridesmaid’s gowns.
