The worse financial institution I've ever dealt with, I've left numerous messages for Collete at X.202.
I am trying to get a payoff statement nobody helps.
Horrible.

I am now in the process of drafting a letter to the CFO and CEO of the company, maybe they don't know what is happening at the bottom.

Worst financial institution ever! Their rates as a credit union is higher than online banks, why would anyone would borrow or save with a credit union that has very few branches and options, while online banks have more ways to access your money, and better customer service, with better rates?!

Also they have what they call dormancy fees, leave your money there for a year, and without notifying you they will steal a part or all of it and close your account due to inactivity! Again online financial institution doesn't have this silly thing. Stay away from them.

Let alone that updating your personal information such as address change, is impossible to be done online, you have to go to a branch to do such a simple thing, even though you can log in to your account with your password. You still can not do it online.

Cannot get through to them with help on an auto loan. Been calling for 2 days straight. No customer service whatsoever!

Whenever I have to deal with customer service here it is a nightmare! Just getting through to someone takes at least 20 minutes. When you finally reach a live person, they act as if they are doing you a favor by doing what they are being paid for. I spoke to a least four different people concerning a mistake THEY made on my account and each one was ruder than the next. Funny thing is that I would not have had to call if the person who posts car payments to customers accounts did their job correctly! No apology no nothing! No stars are deserved!
