They are excellent at what they do and over exceeded my expectations. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to assist me with any issue I encountered within a quick time frame. I will definitely continue to use their services and recommend them to anyone else needing IT services.

I had an Microsoft Outlook problem. They suggested I purchase a new computer and pay for installation. After I did this, the problem still existed. Their entire "crack" staff could not fix the problem for months. Finally when they terminated the relationship and disconnedted their SPAM filter...Miracle!!! Part of the problem fixed itself. The problem was cased by their equipment. They were supposed to follow up on the final attempt to fix my Outlook, but they never followed up. They couldn't keep their word. My opinion - unqualified as a Microsoft service team.
