I have taken my Explorer to Pinkava's several times over the past 5 years. The service is great and they are always meeting my expectations as far as estimates and timing of when the repair will be completed. I definitely recommend them.

They pressured me to buy an expensive part that my car didn't need. I declined and told them just to fix what's broken. They called back the next day and refused to do so. I took my car to STS down the street. Got better service there.

I bring my car to Jeff @ Pinkava's for everything more than an oil change. He's not a discount guy, but his work has always been good and he backs it up. Additionally, his estimates have been consistently honored for both price and completion time. There's no bait-and-switch here. i will continue to use him for my car.
