If zero stars were possible, that is what they would get. EVERY PERSON at Pine was nasty & lied about everything. Heat was intermittent at best. Repairs were shoddy, if done at all. Check out the DNAInfo story about how they had a super spy on tenants . . .

I rented from Pine Management years back at 77th and Columbus ave. It was my 2nd apartment in the city and quickly became filled with great memories. Proposed to my wife, got married and after we both lived there for almost 2 years we were expecting our 1st child. Starting a family became the primary reason for our decision to move since having to deal with a newborn on the 4th floor of a walk up was not on the menu. In addition to great maintenance and responsive people at their office they also found a way to accommodate our move prior to the last month of the lease without us loosing our security deposit which was a big plus with the expense of a new baby coming. I think its tough finding a good landlord in Manhattan. The lucky ones rent from Pine.
