It is with immense pleasure and passion that I write my review about PSYG. I have been a twice a week client since the beginning of February when I showed up with badly torn cartilage in my left knee. I was having lots of swelling and pain and yet hoped that I could avoid any kind of surgical intervention. Under the expert and watchful eyes of Peter, the owner and Margo one of his instructors, I got down to work. The creativity and individuality of the teaching was exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciated their positive approach and outlook. I felt that they not only felt but knew I could get better. I felt listened to, looked at and well cared for every time I was in the studio. I had a goal of being able to take a Hiking trip in Bryce Canyon for my husband's 65th birthday in June and they were on board to help me do it. Do it I did, with strong knees, a supple spine and steady feet. It was and still is a major accomplishment ! I am so thankful to both Peter and Margo for this. I now am devoted to continuing and enjoying the work of maintaining and improving my fitness. In addition to great teaching the support staff is lovely and helpful and the clients I have met are warm and friendly. I feel so lucky to have PSYG in my neighborhood and plan to be there for a long, long time.
