I commute to the city every day and got accustomed to making time to take classes in Manhattan with top quality trainers on the newest equipment, and then I found Pilates Physique. Awesome trainers, great equipment and the best atmosphere around. So happy to have Pilates Physique in town. Pilates holds a special spot in my crazy workout schedule, I run, spin, dance and am always up for trying the latest craze, but Pilates has made a noticeable change in my body and I love that I can continue my training at Pilates Physique.

“Beautiful studio with state of the art equipment. I have been doing pilates for 10 years and must admit that the equipment at Pilates Physique is unlike any other. Amazing workout. Karen and her staff truly offer challenging workouts. Even if you have done Pilates, as I have for many years, I can assure you that working out here is like starting over! Great studio, great equipment and great instructors. Truly a gem of a studio!” Adrienne
