the saleswoman was busy texting, then seemed annoyed that she had to help me, and didn't help me, she was again annoyed with me when I asked to look at silver chains, couldn't be bothered to show me the 20 " chains, which were all mixed together with the other lengths, so you had no idea what styles were in which length, I finally just walked away and she went back to texting.
