Excellent park. Great views of the city, green grass, usually plenty of space. I've been here during the day, and it's a great spot for reading, a game of frisbee, or just hanging out and talking. On some nights during the summer they have movies under the stars. Those nights, you need to get there early to get a decent seat and see the movie. (Note: on the movies under the stars, they may advertise free popcorn, but they'll charge you for it. Bring your own food/drink.)

My visit was during the week and before the lunch crowds, so keep that in mind. I found the restrooms to be simply pristine. An anomaly at a public restroom, but that's what I experienced.

Gorgeous views of Manhattan. Clean, well-maintained, and though it can become congested there's plenty of space. My only gripe is that bikers don't use the designated bike lane. Hoboken PD should do a better job of enforcing that.
