The people in this store really helped me in an online order supposed to be picked up in another store but, because of the wrong inventory, had to be eventually transferred here. Not only did the manager, Mustapha, help me to locate and collect the items, but he also helped me in applying the discount that I previously used online and that the first store canceled by mistake On top of that, one of the representative wanted to carry the chairs nearby my car for the pick up herself. That was a great customer service from the beginning to the end. If only all Pier1 Imports store were like this one, I would buy more often from them!

Love Pier 1. I would decorate an entire house with this stuff.

This location has the worst, worst, worst staff ever. We ordered an item that was not in their stock at that moment. They said it will be ready to pick up in 10 days, yet it has been a little over 30 days, still nothing. They keep lying about the delivery date and they are extremely rude and acting like they have nothing to do with the situation! I would go to Pier 1 in hell but not this one.
