Unprofessional to say the least, complete bullies. Made a deposit on a car but because my bank refused to finance the car I didn't bother so I called 3 days later and told them about what happened and if I can have the deposit refunded to my credit card, I was talked to as if I had done something wrong and spoken to in the worst manner. No contract or nothing was signed I was initially told the money would be refunded if nothing materialized with no problems, many other dealerships refund deposits all the time why can't they do it? Because they are dishonest and are trying to bully others. If they can cause all this trouble for a very small deposit what about other things, I wouldn't risk it with many other dealerships around ....Please save yourself the trouble and disappointment, don't just look at these Google reviews that they wrote here, go on Yelp and car gurus and read what real people have experienced with them. Very very unprofessional in all areas.
