It was the best food I ever had. If you are in the area you should go there. The food is so much fresher than whole foods. When I went to whole foods I got food poisoning. If you have any questions ask Sal he is boss.overall this store is the best Italian store in the state.

Fresh mozzarella made daily so you know anytime you buy it's always fresh and amazing... Every time I walk into Piccolo's I feel like I just stepped foot into a supermarket in Italy. They have all the hard to find items. My son is gluten free and Piccolo's carries a wide selection of gluten free and organic products.

Refinance the house before coming here. Italian from Brooklyn/Staten Island that relocated to the area. Imported food, they have it, quality they do not have by far. They speaka the language and shake you down on the way out... If your in the area go to WHOLE FOODS as they have fresher food. As for the 14$ fresh mozzella and the 9$ Ricotta Salata... I should have tossed it in the trash. As for the best fresh mozzarella you obviously have not been out of the 5 mile radius of your home.

Filomena always tells me how to prepare something authentically. I love Piccolo! Their homemade mozzarella is the freshest and yummiest ever. Definitely check it out for delicious pre prepared food or cool ingredients you won't find at the supermarket.

I had my holiday food catered from them and the food was awesome!!!! They have the best fresh Mozzarella in New Jersey. The atmosphere is great it's the family staff is very friendly and hopeful.
