I came in this morning because my shoes were squeeky. I know it sounds odd, but it does happen sometimes. The owner recognized that I was in a hurry and pulled 5 pairs of shoes that matched my outfit in my size. She was wonderful and I walked out with a beautiful new pair of sandals. I went directly to my luncheon and was complimented immediately on my new shoes!

I've recently had a baby and none of my shoes fit or provided the comfort I used to have. Nobody told my feet would change after having a baby!! The staff was friendly and very helpful at my time there...highly recommended!!

returns for store credit ONLY. and the worst thing is that, although the policy is printed on the receipt, THEY DON'T TELL YOU that it's for store credit only. i even had a saleslady say about a shoe i wasn't quite sure whether i wanted: "oh, don't worry, you can return it. just try it at home first." NO MENTION of the store credit only. when i complained about this later, they stuck to their guns. so, fair warning....
