Fix cell phones quickly at reasonable price. Don't open up store on time. If it's supposed to open at 10. They come in 10:15 10:20.

Would give them 0 stars if that was possible. Here is the story. About 2 months ago came to the place to service my Sony smartphone for a not working screen. One of the guys there said they could replace it for approximately $90 that was more than another place quoted me, but I went with these guys because they were closer to home and had some positive reviews on yelp. Owner promised they will call again with the price and the source of the problem. NEVER DID. fine.

I call about 2 and half weeks later to inquire about the phone. Best Cellutions stated the phone is now in working order and that I can pick it up. I go to pick it up and discover that they replaced the screen with a non-oem part of inferior quality that flickers BADLY. The worst part was that I now discovered that the back glass cover of the phone has been badly cracked apparently while repairing it.These guys pretend like they did not do it, and BLAME me for the damage to the phone and refuse to take any action. After a brief argument I convince them that they are responsible to the damage and the owner gives up and takes the phone back, promising to repair it, as if doing me a huge favor.

Prior to leaving I have asked to address a number of additional issues with the phone that needed to be addressed including the flickering screen. After another 3 weeks the owners called to pick up the phone. None of the issues raised were addressed as previously asked, as if they deliberately presented like nothing existed.

So after 2 months, almost $100 out of my pocket, and a bunch of new gray hairs I got my phone back in a worse condition that it was prior. Thanks Best Cellutions, you did a hell of a job.

7/29/15 update. Discovered that the headphone jack was out of order, something that worked before the repair was done on the phone.
