PH Media have been great to deal with from day one. We were up and running quickly. They were very helpful during the initial set up phase and continue to respond quickly and effectively whenever I had questions or comments. More important is the finished product and we are very happy with the audio branding they put together for us and continued support for changes we make along the way. Very well done!!

This service is wonderful. Our customers can now listen to professionally crafted informative messages while on hold vs. what once was dead silence. They offer many voice and music options to choose from and the staff is easy to work with. All in all an excellent product!

phMedia Group has improved our On Hold Marketing 100%. They also supply us with After Hours Marketing, and Auto Attendant telephone answering.The quality of their script writing and audio mp3 is top quality. We are complimented by our customers for our OHM and they actually listen to it, asking questions on some of what they heard. Like our 10% discount for online purchases.
I have recommended them to many of my business associates.

PH Media Group is fantastic. Their wonderful staff is a pleasure to work with, and they always get our updated on-hold prompts up in a timely fashion. I would strongly recommend PH Media to any business looking to add a little touch of professionalism to their on-hold messages.
