I couldn't be happier with my overall experience regarding the Staff, the knowledge, and that the store itself is well stocked. There are discounted items that are fun for the recipient, as well as the pet parent(s) too! Well, I can shop for anyone, no one would deny that, lol... However, if that were not the case I wouldn't have come across this gem of a Pet Store, and I say that with Confidence, simply because of the Staff and their Professionalism shines through not only having answers to my questions, but also by accommodating the Customer to the best of their ability. I and my little girl Chanel were treated very nicely and with patience... I will be going back when necessary, or on a "Shopping Spree" when the mood strikes for some adorable outfits and cool harness/leashes, etc. You know, all the accessories that your pet doesn't ask for, but simply must have, anyway. A Great first Impression, Experience, and now I'm a Forever Happy Pet Parent/Customer. Thank You again, Stacey and Pam!!!
