It's a dump. NYC parks are generally not the best looking but this place takes the prize so far. The field is uneven when it rains puddles are left in the outfield for the next day.

Came here for the end of the Phagwah/Holi Parade and had a blast! If you don't want to get covered in colored powders, then I'd suggest staying towards the outer perimeter. Otherwise, go inside and have a blast! Keep in mind that the bathrooms/water fountains aren't on until April, so bring some water and be prepared to use a port-a-potty.
