The pizza and patties are the best. I've only had one bad experience with the freshness of a beef patty and they responded urgently and with great concern. For that give them 5 stars. Its a blessing n this day and age for anyone to be able to find decent pizza at a reasonable price with great customer service.

Not a big fan of Phil's. It's the closest pizza spot to my office (besides those salad/sandwich/pizza/hot bar places) but I will go out of my way for better pizza. The slices are mediocre at best. The place just looks and feels dirty. During my visit, there was one container of garlic for the entire place and no other spices. No napkin dispensers can be found and if you ask, you receive one or two for the ultra-greasy slices. One visit was all it took to keep me away.

One of the best pizza spots out there! The secret sauce it finger licking good. Crust cooked to perfection.

Not your ordinary pizza place, Phil's makes some of the best slices in New York City. Try it and you won't be disappointed, I promise!

Phil's is a family owned and operated place - Dad and mom and son
all work there proudly. This is everything you'd want in a NY pizza parlor
at a great price. Skip the chains - support your local merchant!
The pizza rocks - crispy and flavorful.
