Management is bad, the store is dirty.

I have never used the vet. J---- grooms my cat, and she always returns home calm and clean. He is very professional and pleasant.

Came to buy an aquarium, spoke to a rep he said the stand for an aquarium came disassembled. Bought it. Then they said it came assembled. After waiting 20 minutes, no one came to the front. So I tried returning it. Returning it became the biggest problem ever. The cashier told us to bring the receipt. We did. Then they made us wait in line to return it and acted very unprofessional

THIS REVIEW WILL FOCUS PRIMARILY ON THE FISH SECTION.. The store is clean and well organized. Sections are easy to locate and navigate through. A nice enough selection of pets (Although some are often mislabeled; I once saw a Syrian Hamster marked as a Dwarf). Their assortment of decorations for fish tanks are decent, nothing to complain about there.
As for the fish selection, I never have any form of luck buying from this Petsmart. Fish always come ill, either with a bad case of ich, fin rot, or a combination of the both. The filtration system is the main culprit, as what SEEMS like many different tanks is really just a few rows of long tanks divided by clear dividers, with holes to allow the water the circulate to every other tank in that row. In other words, if one tank is sick, the whole row with reap the consequences. There is rarely an employee in that section to assist you; every time we had to LOOK for one. Do NOT come to Petsmart if you are seeking fish to add to your aquarium. They'll fool you with their amazing deals, but in all reality, you are getting what you pay for.

Great grooming service. My dog has been going to Angelica for the past 3 years and she is great with dogs that require a lot of TLC.
