Do not let these idiots groom your dog. I took my Maltese there to be groomed and specifically told the girl not to cut her hair short. When I went to pick her up she was still working on her but had completely shaved her body. She was shaved unevenly and you can see pink skin in certain spots. Obviously, I was upset!! I was told she did it because my dog was matted..... LIE!!! She completely butchered my dog and had the nerve to have an attitude about it with me. NEVER again. The manager was very kind and helpful but I would not recommend taking your dog there.

Despite the reviews I still managed to take my puppy Tokyo there. I'm not pleased with her cut at all, it's very uneven and her foot was bleeding they said they cut her nail to short and it's not life threatening OF COURSE IT'S NOT BUT I'M SURE IT'S PAINFUL, and she doesn't smell how she did when we took her in but she doesn't smell fresh out of a bath neither! Long story short spare yourself the disappointment and go else where!

This pet smart has potential. It's sad to say the people they hire have attitudes all the time like we owe them something. Not the greatest, but choice is limited in NY. Best experience I've had was Massachusetts Petsmart!! 100% customer friendly and they genuingly care about your pet and never give attitude even when the client has an issue.

If there was a no star option i would definetly use it. This place disgusts me, The hamsters had those cheap wheels with the slits in them, (If their paws get stuck, it can potentially get injured) The small animals had NO fruits or veggies, Vegetables are crucial to a guinea pigs diet. The water was filled slightly. The stores workers were unexperienced and unprofessional. I brought it up to the cashier and simply rolled her eyes. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not bring your pet to the pet hotel!!! I brought my dog there like I usually do most Sundays to socialize with other dogs. soon after I dropped her off the called to tell me my pet was injured, they stepped on my dog leg and BROKE IT!! then they promise to cover the bills, then said they wont, am in the middle of suing them in court because $2000.00 is too much money for a multi-million dollar company to cover in vet bill in the Benfield hospital which they also own. they DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!!!! its all about the money. THE MANAGER "BILL" IS RUDE AND DISCUSSTINLY DERESPECTFUL!!!
