PetSmart East Harlem

I have been to this location on numerous occasions and the customer service has always been excellent. Now, I have never used the vet services or grooming services but I always assumed that they were great too because it's always busy when I go there. It's always clean (as much as a pets store can be) and the staff is knowledgeable about all the products in the store. But everyone's experience can still be different. If your looking for affordable products and attentive customer service; I would recommend this location.

i go there regularly for my pet supplies, for the grooming & to Banfield hospital. i love the respected customer service given in all departments

I never even made it through the front door. young woman i spoke to over the phone was making it more of an obstacle for me to bring my dog in. well u need ur dogs shot record, i replied i have it, she stated all 3, most people don't have all 3. so i asked her to tell me what the shots were she told me , i replied i have them. she then went on to tell me it would take 4=5 hours , i requested first appointment of the day. she stated it would still take 5 hrs. she stated just the way i have to stop what i am doing to answer the phone to u, thats why it take so much time to groom your dog. really, at that point there was nothing left to be said. I asked to speak to the manager . he told me that i would have to book months in advance to be able to get my dog in at 7 and be first out. he told me to call back tomorrow at noon to speak to another manager. damage already done. so sad but i guess what everyone has been saying about the grooming in pet smart is true after all.

Me and my bf went there after we adopted our dog and although they were closing in 15 minutes they helped us to pick out the harness,leash , dogs food and really took time out to explain about every brand and suggested what would work best. We definitely coming back although it's not quite our neighborhood. Prices are great as well.

I have taken my dog to the grooming salon since we moved to the neighborhood. Everyone is lovely
and attentive. I usually wait while she is being groomed and shop in the mall. She is fine to go and perfectly happy when I pick her up. The staff is respectful of my requests and the prices are very reasonable!
