I looked up the term "notary" on google and this realty was one of the listings.
When I called to check to see if the notary was in, the man answering the phone just hung up when I asked if there was a notary there.
Notaries usually charge $2, so I imagine that the profit motive wasn't enough for him to display any reasonable kindness in helping out.
I'm adding this place to the "cranky business club".
