I could not be happier with my experience here. The owner went out of her way to make sure my dog enjoyed everything we were purchasing. I will be back multiple times. I probably won't go to any other pet stores for my dog. Grooming department was excellent, the food selection is spectacular, and they guarantee everything.

The staff treat your dogs like they are their own. Clearly animal lovers. Great staff.

Always happy with the grooming my dog had it done in the past 2 years. My dog is very nervous and this is the only place she is okay with it, not sure what they do but she stays calm.
Also the people is very friendly and always go above and beyond to give the best answer if you are looking for an advise when you need a product.

Best grooming I have ever experienced for my standard poodle (and I have used many groomers over the past 9 years). I highly recommend Mel.

Brought my Persian cat here about 2 weeks ago for a bath.
Very disappointed. Not only did they take over 3.5 hours but I was assured he was brushed and all his knots were gotten rid off ( the only reason I did not want to groom him at home). His entire belly is filled with dirty knots as if he was washed and left there to dry on his own without any brushing. The more I go over his belly the more I realize what a rip off this place was.
Very upset. the place was close to home and reasonable but would not recommend for cat grooming. Shouldve saved myself and him the trouble and paid more to get a satisfying job. Instead of sitting here trying to cut these dirty knots out.
