Might help them if theyd be open when they say they are. Closing the doors ten minutes early and chasing out customers is not going to help a little place like this. I never want to deal with whoever was working there again. Its unfortunate because the location was great for me, and some of the people working there are very helpful. Perhaps there was an emergency- but perhaps they could say that rather than be incredibly rude. 5 of us stood outside with no pet food for our pets. I suppose we could get something else for our pets. Somewhere else. But Ill never depend on this store again.

Go to store when working in midtown. Friendly staff, awesome cats and a healthy selection of all kinds of cat needs.

My favorite local pet store - has a wide range of products for dogs and cats, including frozen food. They deliver for free.
