BUYERS BEWARE! Cost me over $800 in vet bills. Once brought to their attention they could care less. My dogs are part of my family and I will NEVER put them at risk by doing business with someone so careless. My companions deserve better and I have learned a valuable lesson that nearly cost me the life of one of them. Even if you have to pay more elsewhere, avoid at all cost!

Maxwell is the only groomer I trust my Francis with. You have to be careful with you choose there are some real butchers out there. There is also the most lovely selection of treats and collars, I'm always getting something new.

Made a order from them online. Shipped to me in Canada and delivery required an extra 50% payment for an undisclosed import charge. I have ordered the same bully sticks often from other US vendors and never had an import charge. I declined the package and had it sent back; however they are refusing to refund my money. Avoid.

They close whenever they feel like it!!
This store gets 2 stars because it carries my dog's food, Newman's Own, which is wonderful, affordable, and unfortunately hard to find. But the owner doesn't bother sticking to the regular hours, he just leaves whenever he feels like it. It's very unreliable...
